ACT (32) looks good, which will make up for SAT Is and IIs which aren't as good. Your GPA and courses also look right where they should be. Extracurriculars are fine, especially since you received national recognition for karate, and awards are pretty standard. I think you have a fairly solid shot. Good luck!

Without knowing your class rank I cannot provide a solid analysis. However, if you are in the top 2% (means around top 7 out of your 385 student class), I say you have a good chance. If you are somewhere worse than 30 / 385 , then you have a very slim chance.

BTW i assumed you are attending a regular public school (no magnet, gifted and talented, etc.)

Yeah, if his school doesn't rank, then Stanford will have no idea whether he's top 7 or top 30. Yay for schools that don't rank! Makes them look at who you actually are with one less quantifying factor.

Well, if your school doesn't rank then rank will not be considered in your admission. However, an UW gpa of 95 will be good enough to get you through the academic filter.

unless you're a trustee's kid, no one has a decent shot - the best students are often rejected from stanford. stanford is most likely a reach for anyone who wants to apply. listen to whatever your college counselor says though.

if you really love stanford apply, but make sure you have target and safety schools to back you up.

if you show commitment and leadership on your extracurrics. then i'd say you have a good chance.
btw, u might not want to list the national honor roll, who's who among... etc,etc because those are given out to half the country, and aren't looked at as exemplary.
