Hello everyone,
I am currently a rising first year student at a four year university. I am currently hoping to transfer from my current institution elsewhere and was wondering what should I be aiming for this semester. I am planning on devoting as much time possible to studying in order to earn a 4.0 gpa.
Currently I have a 33 on the ACT w/o writing from HS but I am taking it again and am currently scoring 35 on my practice tests.
I am also planning on taking Math 2 Sat 2 again where I am scoring 780+ on my practice tests.
I will be working two jobs in my first semester and will also look to pursue extracurricular activities at school such as the Student Government and Mock Trial team. I have also applied to some research expos and will also be taking part in a once a week internship at a non profit.
My HS GPA was a 3.5
I know I am aiming for the stars here but i would really appreciate it if I could get an idea over my chances at getting a transfer to these institutions.

At the end of the day, the main reason I am seeking a transfer is because the institution I am attending this fall does not offer the major and certain courses that I wish to pursue as well as the fact that I am commuting there and I just feel its too close to home. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.
