For Georgetown, 3 SAT subject scores are strongly recommended (meaning pretty much required). Do you have them?
3.5 UW is low for most of your schools. The best chance schools on your list are probably George Washington and possibly Villanova. At this point it’s too late but I might have considered American and Holy Cross if I were you.
Unfortunately I think @Hamurtle is right, 3.5 is low for all those schools, especially RD. Essays and recommendations will probably be key. Did you apply to safeties too?
