First, since you are an OOS applicant for the UC’s, make sure your parents are willing to pay full fees at $65K/year to attend. OOS students get little to no financial aid from the UC’s.
That said, you would need to calculate your UC capped weighted and fully weighted UC GPA based on the a-g courses taken 10-11th grades. Weighted classes for OOS applicants only include AP/IB courses taken 10-11th grades not HS designated Honors classes.
UCLA will be a High Reach along with USC and UCSB will be a Reach unless you can bump up your test scores. Make sure all these schools are affordable to sit down with your parents and ask about your college budget. No point in applying if these schools are not within your budget.
Your SAT score looks low in comparison to your GPA. For example, your GPA is a match for NYU but your SAT is far below the 25th percentile (range is 1350-1530). Suggest redoing SAT or perhaps look at ACT, which suits some students better.
Also, you might be light on some of the preferred coursework. Is the above correct that you are only doing 2 years of Spanish? Some colleges want to see more - referencing NYU again (because I’m most familiar with it of the ones on your list) they require 3 and prefer 4 years of a foreign language.
Echoing gumbymom about costs - do you know what your parents can pay?
If I were you, I would work hard to get that SAT score up. Your chances at those schools will rise a lot if you can get it up to a 1400. I studied with the Khan Academy online FREE prep and raised my 24 ACT score to a 1430 SAT score. I would highly recommend Khan Academy’s program.
The UC’s give no need based aid to OOS applicants. Your stats would not qualify you for the minimal merit aid they do give. USC and NYU are pretty much out of reach unless you get that SAT way up.
