What are my chances?

Hello! I’m a rising senior from NC. I’m very new to this website so I thought I’d post this.

To get straight to the point, I have taken the SAT and I have received my highest of 1560 (790 math, 770 English, 7 essay) and my super score is 1580 with a 790 in both math and English. I have also taken 4 SAT II subject tests: Biology E, Biology M, Chemistry, and Math II. I received an 800 on all of them but Math II, which I received a 780 on. My ACT score is a 34.

I am a south Asian female and I speak English, French, and Bangla. My family is in the 168k bracket, though that has fluctuated greatly over the past couple of years.

My GPA (weighted) so far has been a 4.5.

The AP’s I have taken each year so far are
Freshman Year: AP world - 3
Sophomore Year: AP chem - 5, AP calc BC - 5, AB subscore - 5, AP Human - 4 , APES - 4
Junior Year: APUSH - 3, AP Lang - 4, AP Physics C Mechanics - 4, AP Statistics - 5, AP Bio - 5, AP French - 4

The AP classes I’m hoping to take this year (senior) are AP Lit, AP Psych, and AP Physics C Elec + Magnetism, as well as a college class (Calculus C or Calculus III)

My Extracurriculars include TASP, International Thespian Society (I am the Vice President of my school’s troupe). I am a member of National Honors Society, National French Honors Society, and HOSA. I have had an internship at a hospital and I have had 2 jobs, tutoring and one at a garden center. I have also created my own video game all on my own, and it is being released maybe at the end of the summer.

Any ideas on NC schools I could call safeties?
The top three Universities I am hoping to get into are UMich, JHU, and UNCCH, as well as the University of Toronto, to include one of my international choices (I was born in Canada and have citizenship).
My intended major is Molecular and Cellular Biology.

I think all of the UNCs except for the main campus in Chapel Hill would be safeties, as would most of the other public universities like East Carolina or Winston-Salem State. UNC Chapel Hill and NCSU are good targets, since you are an in-state applicant.
