<p>UNC-CH is a safety now? Well your non-safety schools are basically reaches for anyone but you'll have a chance.</p>

<p>Your test scores are OK, as are your grades/rank and academics in general.
But your extracurriculars aren't that great. You seem to be in a lot of clubs with a lot of positions, but you haven't listed what you've actually accomplished. That's way more important--trust me. List those and then we'll see. For example: what on earth is the point of an ACT above 30 club? What do you do as President? I'm sure you do something...tell us.</p>
