What are my Chances?

<p>I have an unweighted GPA of 3.55 and weighted at 4.05 (I just found out that 10th grade Honor classes don't count, so this is a guesstimate,including 9th grade)
Sat: 1950
Reading: 630
Math: 650
Writing:670
SatII: Literature 680
US History 660
AP English 3: 3
AP US History: 3</p>

<p>My EC's are pretty low, but do I have about 80 hours community service,
4+ years of Tae Kwon Do (all years of HS),
1 year of TSA (of which i'm currently VP)</p>

<p>Not sure where to put this, but I'm currently in my fourth HS since I've had to move around from state to state every year (Dad's in the military), meaning that I still qualify for Cali State residence. </p>

<p>I'm trying to get into UCLA and/or Cal Poly SLO for comp engineering.</p>

<p>Can anyone tell me my chances? It'd be greatly appreciated.</p>
