Are the above catagories accurate? What are my chances for these schools? Any suggested schools i should add?

Please tell me you're not applying to that many schools. Do you know how much time and money that is going to cost you? Pick 4 from each category!

I'd say that your chances are excellent, but the GPA...what exactly is in the explanation letter? If it's convincing, you definitely have a shot. Those test scores are insane.

I'm not sure if what frozensnow1 did was possible. 5's on 13 AP tests, 7 800s on SAT II tests, nearly perfect SAT and ACT scores, all of this with a 3.2 GPA. I don't see how that could happen. People like this don't need college.

I'm calling BS

^^That's just what I was thinking.

Get off of here, troll...

I don't have to get off anywhere. This is an open forum. You can post wherever you want whenever you want. I just don't see how it is possible to have those insane test scores and have a 3.2 GPA. It is very easy to lie on this site. I know someone on this site who made up a profile with super-stats and got away with it. What makes you think that this can't happen?

Ummm my message was directed to the OP...I agree totally with you...Chill

I'm really sorry. I sometimes jump the gun with my posts. I have been criticized by other members for questioning the validity of people's stats. There seems to be an abnormal amount of high scorers on this site. I just thought that this was another one of those instances. I am almost positive that the OP is lying. A red flag was spelling competitive wrong. You don't mispell words like that and get those kind of scores. I'm sorry.

Not Possible!!!!

the only way he could have done that was if he used to do the tests at home..i know of a cases in my country..my friend who cant read properly had a 2120..800 CR/690 Math/630 Writing..someone gave it for him...where i come from you can get away with people sitting your examination its really easy...another one of my friends not at Cornell...1700 SAT first sitting...2250 second sitting...800 Physics..800 Chemistry...800 Math 2...he never took chemistry or physics in his life..it just goes to show that SAT cant really prove anything!..

...And the OP has only one post (this one, indicating that he/she just joined to post this one thread) and hasn't responded to any of the allegations...these are prime signs that someone (who obviously has no life) is making all this up.

These def. look like stellar scores and i was extremely shocked my self. But why would one lie on here. Im sorry that simply doesnt make sense. y would you waste your time making a profile and posting fake stats. also they just posted about 2 hrs ago. give them some times. I m just seriosuly amazed at 5's on every ap and 800 's on 7 sats. its mind bogggling.

( sense the sarcasm)

lol… wat scores! they sound fake but i believe him! =]

I think u have a GREAT shot at like all those schools!! u’ll definitely get into college!! xP

good luck!

I agree, BS on this one. Spelling ‘categories’ and ‘competitive’ wrong while having 7 perfect SAT IIs and a slough of 5’s on the AP exams… and 700 service hours, to top it all off.. it doesn’t seem possible. Forgive me if you are telling the truth.. it’s just quite unbelievable.

In addition, the OP spelled ‘mathematics’ and ‘Carnegie’ wrong. something’s not right here.

idk… his ECs don’t seem too time demanding (basketball = only winter), swimming is probably in the morning or something so he may have had a lot of time to study.

there may have been any # of reasons why the GPA is low, and getting 5s on APs isn’t too hard…

idk, i wouldn’t be suprised if he wasn’t lying.
