What are my chances?

So I'm applying to Syracuse, Ohio State-Columbus, University of Oregon, Arizona, Loyola Marymount, East Carolina, and Arizona State. I'm wondering what my chances are. I've sent my Syracuse stuff(because of the Jan. 1st deadline) in but not the others yet because I'm going to wait a bit closer for my second semester grades. My high schools grades weren't great at all. I'm a CC student in Raleigh, North Carolina which grants "automatic" admissions to the schools in the NC system.

High School:
GPA- UW: 2.13 W: 2.3(?) 33 Credits
SAT- 1010/1600, 1560/2400
Extra: High School Football, Baseball, Basketball(3 Years Letter in all), WakeMedical Volunteer, French Club(2 Years), Latin Club(2 Years).

College:
GPA- 3.3(1st), Aiming for a 3.5 for the 1st year.
Extra: WakeMedical Volunteer, St. Catherine's Chruch Volunteer, Phi Beta Lambda(Buisness Club), Econ Club, Social Science Club

I'm a Philosophy-PreMed major.

I think Ohio State looks past your High School grades if you have over 30(?) credits.

I'm just hoping that I can make it into college because I really can't go on in a 2-year college. It's depressing. Sucks because I know I screwed up. I just wanna make it up to myself and my parents and bust my *** in college.

In at ECU. I am currently leaving ECU, I suggest you re-evaluate your intentions there.

ECU does have some good medical programs, and it's a fall back school. It's pretty much my last choice.

I am also at ECU, I am thinking of leaving, but for personal reason (too far from home)

Wegman, Why are you leaving?

There are numerous reason, one is actually the same as your: too far away from home. I personally dislike the environment there, it seems that the students are more interested in partying rather than studying. Also, after going there for a year and a half with a 3.95 GPA I know I deserve a better school; I'm not challenged enough there. I also dislike my major department, as Mathematics at ECU is not one of it's strong fields. However, the medical school at ECU is top notch and I think it is often overlooked. Had I chose a major somewhere within the medical field, I would def. stay at ECU. Hope that helps.
