Thanks for your advice and opinion!

um..am I alone here? Advice please! What are my chances into CMU?

for CMU it all depends on what school(s) within cmu you're applying to. Some are easier than others. What school are you applying to?

Tepper School of Business. Do I have a chance to get in?

It's really hard to speak for international students because they are placed in a separate category and are treated differently because of the differences in high schools around the world. I really don't think AP classes should be much of a concern for you. If you take calculus, you can take CMU's calc placement exam (after you are admitted) and get credit just as if you had taken AP calc. There is a cutoff for the TOEFL. I can't remember off the top of my head if it's 600 or 650, so you should check and make sure. Chances are, you won't need the TOEFL with a 630, but make sure.

I should also add that Tepper is quite competative to get into as a freshman; however, you are technically admitted to Tepper as a Sophomore (being admitted as a Freshman is sort of like Tepper promising to admit you as a Sophomore). So if you get into CMU non-Tepper (like H/SS) and have a good GPA Freshman year, you can probably get into Tepper.

Do you have a chance? Maybe. It sort of depends on your school and councelor. If you were a US student, I would say yes, but CMU might hold international students to a higher standard.

Thanks a lot cmonyuk. ^^
