What are my chances?

I was in foster care for both freshman and sophomore years. As a result, I wasn't able to participate in any sports, or extra-curricular activities. I am currently a Junior in high school and a future graduate of 2008.

I organize and go to many community service activities. I service at the soup kitchen, walks and runs, and free tutoring for all ages. Sometimes I organize the said items.

I do the most I can do without killing myself. My high school only offers 8 AP courses, and I will be taking 7 of them (I am not taking AP Studio Art). These are the seven i'm taking: AP Calculus AB, AP Government, AP Geography, AP History, AP Biology, AP English and AP Chemistry.

I also dual-enroll at our local community college. I by graduation I will have taken 12 or 13 courses there. Analytical Geometry and Calculus II, Analytical Geomery and Calculus III, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, General Chemistry II, Organic Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry II, Analytical Physics I, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, and a few more.

I will have tested out/Independently studied seven courses: English III, College Physics, Spanish III and Spanish IV (in the same semester), Pre-Calculus, Health, and AP United States History.

I have a 3.8 unweighted GPA.

I currently participating in three Varsity sports. Varsity Cross Country, Varsity Track, and Varsity Swim. I will continue these sports through the end of senior year.

I am also involved in four honor societies. The National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society), The National English Honor Society, and The National Spanish Honor Society.

I don't have enough time during this semester to hold a job, but come this summer and future semesters I will hold a job about 20 hours during the week.

With all of the above said, I would like to know my chances on being accepted into Stanford University both Regular Admission, and Early Decision.

I am a great student, and already have my teachers that I will use to recommend me.

Thanks, Srcstcmug

So this thread was viewed how many times now? Where are the comments? Don't be shy, lol. I'll check back at this later.

i don't think people want to reply to posts that are in sentences. i personally like lists too. people just don't read them. and idk how what people expect on the chances questions. the highest anyone can say is "good shot, but not apps are different" and the lowest is "improve blah blah blah." I think the best thing to do is compare yourself to other people who posts or people who got accepted.

chances same as other poeple :D just apply ;)
