What are my chances?

I'm only a sophomore right now, but I'm hoping that you can assess, to some extent, what my chances will be at some of these schools. I'm doing a lot of "this probably will happen" in the post, though.

I'm planning on going into musical theatre, so a lot of the schools I'm thinking of applying to won't be so concentrated on academics, but I'm wondering about how I'll manage at the ones that are.

Caucasian female at a big school with great academics in the suburbs of Los Angeles, CA.

ACADEMICS:

UW GPA (9-10): 3.92
W GPA (9-10): 4.0
(So in 14 classes taken in the past 2 years, all A's except for 1 C freshman year.)
Will have had 3 years of Spanish, 4 years of drama, 4 years of AVID

One honors class sophomore year (English), planning on one honors (English) and one AP (US History) junior year, and planning on one honors (Spanish 3) and two APs (Literature and either Environmental Science or Government) senior year. So summary...3 honors and 3 APs unless you count advanced drama in the last two years.

PSAT: 191
Haven't taken SATs yet (will next year). Even though the PSATs are considered so much easier than the SATs, that means my predicted score was 1910.

ECs:

-Yearbook 9-10 (writer)
-Web manager on an animal rights website (9-12)
-Gay-Straight Alliance 10-? (unsure of the fate of the club!), vice-president

-DTASC (drama competition), both acting and directing, two times a year (will more than likely be 9-12)
-Musical theatre - 8 shows so far, many leading roles, should be doing plenty more in the next 2 years
-Drama Club 9-12, on board for 11 (and planning on applying for board senior year)

Volunteering:
-64 hours working on a middle school's musical
-Planning on volunteering at an animal shelter in the fall.

Other:
-Principal's High Honor Roll for 3/4 of the semesters so far
-Planning on pursuing professional acting once I get my license
-Planning on going to an intensive musical theatre pre-college program next summer

I know my ECs aren't totally impressive, but I'm planning on pulling things together in that area a little better next year. Theatre does take up a lot of my time, though. I'm hoping that the ECs I do have show my dedication to theatre and animal rights (I'm also vegan).

Anyway, some of the schools I'm looking into that I think might put more on academics than many other MT schools...

NYU
UC Irvine
UCLA
University of Michigan (although I've heard from someone I know who goes there that there is an "academic bar" that is lower for MT majors)
Penn State
Syracuse
Boston University

Anyway, I know this might be hard because I'm still a sophomore, but I'm hoping you guys can guess from this.

(Edited to add Boston University to the list and added something in the academic section)

NYU and UCLA look like they'll be tough unless you significantly step up your game in multiple areas.

bumpbumpbump.

don't worry too much - do a bunch of EC's in junior year and you can get in anywhere. Also, get a bunch of your friends to join your ailing GSA and try to make as many officer positions as possible ;)

Haha, yeah, our GSA kind of...crashed. Our president this year was not at all responsible and managed to get it canceled halfway through the year :x Next year I think we're re-doing everything, though.

People tend to score higher on the SAT than on the PSAT. At least I did. At this pointing, you are looking very good at all of your schools. I like your involvement in community service and stability in your activities.
And GSA is a good thing to do. Most colleges like it.
