<p>Out of state seems like a stretch for UCLA and UCB....do you have a UC GPA? Look up how to calculate it if you don't know at the UC website (it's your A-G courses from 10-11 grade).</p>

<p>Might want to look at Holy Cross-very similar to Boston College. Holy Cross is also SAT optional.</p>
