What are my chances?

I am trying to get into University of Texas @ Austin ===> mcCombs:school of business.
I live in Texas
My GPA = 4.0
I am in the Top 5%
SAT score = 1300 (math and critical reading)
Tons of ECs and Teacher Recs.

Cry more, it is very good...

My GPA out of high school was 3.43 when I applied, and i was 295/690, something like 43%, and I stilll got in.. my good friend was top 15% and got into mccombs, did i mention i also got into my selected major of engineering?

you will get into the business school now stop worrying... the only thing that hurts is your poor SATs comparitvely, mine were 1420, and my ACT was 33... or something like that mb 32 ish and 1390 ish i forgot tbh, but you should be fine...

98% chance you get in stop worrying, start reasearching on school related stuff if this is where you are going.

O rely? Sweet!
I heard rumors that only the Top 3% get in Mccombs.
So I should work more on my SAT.

The top 3% thing is referring to the fact that McCombs accepts the first 75% of the class by rank, starting with the top 1% and working their way down. That 75% usually fills up with the top 3%. However, while that statement is often repeated by students, McCombs' website states that they project that number to be closer to the 5-7% rank.

Honestly, McCombs isn't that tough to get into (your stats are great btw). If by some chance you don't, you can do an internal transfer, in which you need about a 3.4 + (your major doesn't matter) to transfer in your sophomore year. The only classes you should take freshman year (if you don't have credit for them already) is Calculus through series, microecon, and macroecon.
