<p>I've always wanted to go to VU, and I'm applying as sort of an "angular" student with a strong interest in political science/government. What do you think of my chances?</p>

<p>If you have that strong a legacy tie with Vanderbilt, I strongly urge to apply ED. Your stats are better than what other people who rely on legacy admit offer (no offense to them). I'd say you're a lock, but then again, nothing's a given in the college admissions world anymore.</p>
