<p>In past years you would be in, no problem, but Pitt has been upping its standards recently. Your CR score will hurt you. If you want the Pittsburgh campus, you should take the SAT again and study hard for it. If you can get your score up into the mid 600s, that would be better for you. Your grades are good, but Pitt does put weight on the SATs.</p>
<p>I agree with LurkNess. Another view to consider for Pitt and many other schools for that matter is the large discrepancy between the GPA and SAT. I think it might put a question on the difficulty of your school. Good scores on AP tests might help to validate the GPA. Have you tried an SAT prep course? Or are you disciplined enough to set up your own prep program with the many materials that are out there. I think it would be in your best interests to pursue something. Good luck.</p>
