What are my chances?

So, I just received my scores from the SAT CR: 680 M: 660 W:730 and an essay of 10 (total= 2070). It was the highest score received out of everyone that took it at my school as well.

So, I was thinking, suppose for some reason or another I couldn't bring that score up any higher on the second try... do I still have a good chance at being accepted to Harvard (my "dream" school without a doubt) based upon my circumstances?

I'm a female Caucasian from a rather poor city.
Valedictorian with a GPA of 4.51
I'm in about 12 extra-curricular activities and hold leadership positions in just about all of them.
I take all honors/AP classes and am taking a college course over the summer in math.

I'm just beginning to worry so much that I'm going to fall short of something I've worked for all of my life, and over a stupid standardized test at that. Any opinions or suggestions? I'll appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks

there are many factors that go into harvard's admission.
last year nearly 50% of perfect SAT scorers were rejected from Harvard.

most of the people that apply to H are extremely smart.
just ask yourself, what would make the admission officer say, "wow, this girl is something else!"

stand out. thats the best way to catch people's attention.

For Harvard, I would definitely retake and aim for 2200+.
