<p>Sorry to say, your chances look bad as of right now - very bad. The best thing you can do right now is pull that SAT score up REALLY HIGH (i.e. 700+ at least on every section) and hope that your URM status gives you a huge boost. Although being out of state, the URM status won't probably give you the same boost as an in-state URM...</p>

<p>Anyways, don't give up! You never know what might happen.</p>

<p>Rejected. GPA waaayyyyyyy too low regardless of the color of your skin. SAT's too low. William and Mary may be too difficult for your capabilities. Good luck!</p>
