What are MY chances?

I'm new to the site and forum business but I happened to stumble upon it. So here goes. I'm wondering what you all think my chances are for getting into my schools based on the following:

Junior Year GPA: 4.8 (weighted) 4.0 (unweighted)
Cum. GPA: 4.67
SAT score: 2110 (680/690/740)...I'm frustrated with this score though. It was
a bad day but I really don't want to sit for another 4 hours unless I have to
ACT score: 31

SAT IIs: there was a problem with the tests being sent to the wrong testing center so they rescheduled everyone to take them in Oct. (GRR!)

But I'll be taking Spanish, U.S. History, and Math II

I have to disagree w/ this person above about UCLA and USC. I would say USC is difficult to get into than UCLA.
