SAT CR is good, Math is excellent. Your courseload is commendable and your GPA is good, however the fact that your rank is not in the top 10% will work against you. As long as you can convey your active participation in extracurricular activities to the admissions reps, I think you will be accepted.

Very interesting EC's. I think you have a great shot at being accepted!

Best of luck!

Pedsox

You don't mention if you are male or female. As has been noted in other threads, it's much harder to be accepted OOS as a female.

Your scores and grades are excellent. Does your HS have a relationship with W&M (i.e. known to admissions officers; several/many kids accepted each year?)

Write great essays....make yourself stand out.

I'm female. I don't think many kids from my school apply to william and mary.

I think the fact that you're outside the top 10% of your class might keep you out... but otherwise you have a good application and even with the one blemish you have a good shot.
