What are my chances at UPENN Engineering?

I would say you would have a very good chance of getting in. My credentials weren't anywhere near that and I got into Penn Engineering regular decision. However they may have been slightly biased towards my Hispanic heritage. Regardless one thing they really do want though is a strong application essay. They want to be able to get to know the real person behind the application not just their accomplishments.

I had about the same credentials as you, and I got in.
