I'm applying for early action.

GPA: 4.27 (out of 4.0)
Class rank: 10 out of 390 (top 3 percentile)
SAT: 2030 (overall), 1280 (reading and math)
ACT: 30 composite

I don't have a lot of extracurriculars, but I'm VERY involved with my church. I've been a youth group leader, a church tech team leader, and I've been on my church softball team for four years. I wrote a lot about that in my essay. I also worked for 1 year at a store (15 hours per week) and have almost 700 hours of community service.

Any chance?

I think your chances sound pretty good! You don't necessary need a lot of extracurrics, but rather, show that you are passionate about something whole-heartedly and you will be pretty well off. The fact that it is church related definitely helps-- but stress the community aspect of it. Villanova has an extremely strong sense of community and they like students who appreciate a close-knit, compassionate community.

if you don't make it in...then there is something wrong with the whole application process...or that villanova has become much stricter than they used to be...well good luck and i hope you make it in...I'm applying there to...ahhahaha....i hope i make it in...ahhahaha
