what are my chances?

Hi all, I'm apply to four schools in the US: (I'm Canadian)

USC
Berkeley
UPenn (Wharton)
Stanford.

My SAT scores haven't come in yet, but I expect 1900-2100, maybe higher (Not completely sure though, since the Blue Book only gives ranges for practice tests)
Same case with Subject Scores, I'm taking them in December. (Math II and Physics)

I have excellent grades, 4.0 GPA junior year, honor roll every year in high school. I'm taking 3 APs (our school only offers 4-5) and I'm a part of the student governement, with an executive position. I have done over 250 hours of community service/volunteer umpiring baseball, and I also "tutor" in my spare time. I think I can write a strong essay, and get some good letters of recommendation.

What are my chances? I'm a minority (Asian) and I would also need financial aid, as in a lot of it.

The schools you are applying to are ridiculously competitive, especially Penn and Stanford. You’d probably want at least a 2200 for those schools, and I’m afraid even with that, those two would be reaches. Berkeley is hard to get into as a non-Cal resident, so that is also a slight reach, and USC is more like a match.

anybody else that can give me an opinion?
