What are my chances?

I'd say that it's good. Also, being from Luxembourg may help- the top schools like to say that they have people from a large number of countries. I doubt that many Ivys have anyone from Luxembourg. But, are you really looking for financial aid, or not? If so, applying as a US citizen would be better. Maybe you can apply as both. What are your interests? How you package yourself will matter a lot.

I will be applying as a US citizen. I didn't really mean that I "need" financial aid, but if some schools might offer me scholarship money, I would take that over a second tier school where I might pay 30k+ yearly.

I'm really interested in Basketball and am starting to become more serious about Piano. Tutoring is also great and I think I'm going to emphasize that in my personal statement. I also like to coach/ref/keep score for our lower school games and I'm hoping I could turn tutoring and basketball into a strong leadership position.

I also doubt that Luxembourg is represeted very strongly in the United States seeing as we have a population of less than 500,000 and only have 1 English speaking school in the country.

I really appreciate anyone's feedback!

I think that you will be seen as a strong candidate for the Ivys, given your unusual geographic location and strong test scores. It sounds as if you are pulling your ECs together, too, and can make a good case for yourself.
