; I wanna go to Princeton but I'm worried about:
+teacher recommendations
+AP scores
+current SAT I score
but mostly Teacher Recommendations</p>
<p>+teacher recommendations: I'm an alright student, but I doubt that I stand out from others who do their work. I don't really take an effort to get personal with any of my teachers and I don't think any of them know me well, and don't know about my talents/ interests :'( What should I do to fix this? What should I ask them to write about if I ask them for recommendations?
Annnd there are a lot of things that require my math teacher's recommendation, but haha I always slack off and do other things in that class and he knows it.</p>
<p>my current stats:
high school cumulative gpa: 4.0
weighted gpa for THIS YEAR only: 5.78
I think my cumulative gpa is around 5.0? idk.</p>
<p>the tests:
sat i:
-730 critical reading
-650 math *ouch.
-660 writing
sat ii: 800 math level 2
ap us gov & pol: 3
ap lang: 3
ap stats: 4
ap physics b: 5
ap calculus ab: 5</p>
<p>I'm going to re take my ap lang test this year, and hopefully do better. Also definitely retaking my SAT I sometime, probably around October?</p>

Historian of MAO/ math club (80+ members ftw :D)
committee chair of environmental awareness in NHS
VP of anti cheating effort.</p>
<p>and I have crazy volunteer hours, but I haven't been logging them b/c I feel it cheapens the point of volunteering... and are they really that important? </p>

<p>Tell me what you think my chances are of getting into Princeton. Or harvard or yale or where I could/ should go.
And while we're at it what should I do this summer? Apply for the few programs whose deadlines aren't due already or just take classes at community college?</p>
