So this is going to be all bad...i feel it. I'm currently a 1st year student at UCSC. I still have to take all the prerequisites for the major and i'd like opinions.

GPA: 2.7 (possibly 3.1 at end of 2nd year)
Applying for: UCD- Exercise Biology

Am i doomed? Any advice?

raise your gpa as much as you can. finish all your GEs at UCSC and Davis’ pre-reqs for your major before transferring.

my friend transfered from ucr to ucd with a 3.2 in bio.

You don’t wanna go to UCI? :D

Hijynx99- UCI doesn’t have an exercise bio major
guitarfrk123- thanks for the info

just interested, whats exercise bio?

[UC Davis :: Academics](<a href=“Majors | UC Davis”>Majors | UC Davis)

it says it leads into physical therapy which is the field i want to get into.
UCD is within the UC system and it’s the only one that offers such a program so i believe it’s the better college for me.
