Your chances are fairly good (in-state at a state supported division/URM), but you can't major in "history" in ILR, except for the history of the labor movement. You might give Arts and Sciences a shot, as it is, although more iffy, within range as well.

I'm doing Industrial and Labor Relations. Do you think I have a good shot?

Hey!
I applied Early Decision to Industrial Labor Relations, I hope you have a good shot at getting accepted, because my stats are relatively the same as yours! I want to major in history as well, basically american history/labor history! good Luck !

Okay chances but your URM status should help you! Good luck!!

ILR is a state-funded school and you are a new york resident and a minority so you are in for sure :)
