I am 19, from Belgrade, Serbian, currently finishing my 4th and last year of high-school.
Grading system in Serbia is numeric. Grades are from 1 (the lowest and failing grade) to 5 (the best grade). My average numeric score at the end of each high school year is between 4.0 and 4.7 out of 5.0. I am really confused if that is enough to get me into UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, or optionally New York University.
My English, Spanish and Russian skills are perfect, and I've been involved in numerous extracurricular activities; I am the president of my high-school parliament, and active member of several NGO's that mostly deal with tolerance and intercultural issues. Besides that, I play 4 instruments, write for local newspapers, and have a poetry book published.
