What are my chances?

I've always wanted to go to Michigan and I'm wondering if I'm on track to get in when I apply when I become a senior.

-I'm a rising Junior.
-GPA - 4.0 (my school weighs honors classes and AP Classes). But I expect that to go up a lot this year.
-Took AP US Last year and got a 5 on the AP Exam and a 790 on the SAT II
- 3 season athlete, and likely to be 3 season Captain
-Member of music honors society (and likely to become a member of national honors society)
- Schedule for upcoming junior year:

AP Biology
Honors Band
AP World History
Honors Pre-Calc
AP Statistics
Honors English
Honors French 4
AP Microeconomics (self-study)
AP Macroeconomics (self-study)
And I might take the AP Chemistry test too, because I'm really good at chem but it didn't fit into my schedule.

Is this good enough to get it in if I keep it up? And is there anything else I can do to improve my chances?

I think you are preety good. On how to improve your chances-
maybe 5’s on your ap tests and leadership positions. Just keep it up. And get good grades.

You’re on track, but we can’t really accurately chance you without a SAT I or ACT.
