What are my chances?

I'm applying to Middlebury, Bowdoin, Bates, and Dartmouth (not including my safety schools)

I have a 3.3 GPA unweighted. I've taken(and am taking) a total of 10 AP classes.
I am currently enrolled in;
Writing 2
Physics Honors
AP Statistics
AP English Literature
AP French
Ethics/Philosophy/Religion
AP Psychology

I am student body president.
I started a book club at my school.
I am vice president of Youth United for Global Action & Awareness.
I play Varsity Tennis and am on the Varsity Swim Team.
I also volunteer regularly at the Florida Holocaust Museum.

I lived overseas for 3 years and learned German fluently. I took the AP exam despite not taking the actual course and received a 5.

I will be volunteering at a hospital in India with my best friend over Thanksgiving break.

I have many "life experiences" including living in Germany for 3 years. My family hosted an Iraqi immagrant family for several months in our home and I got to learn about their culture and help them assimilate into American society all while my father was deployed in Iraq.

I have 27 ACT score, but I plan on getting it up.

PLEASE CHANCE ME!

Your ACT and GPA are low. Even with an improved ACT, if you are applying this year, that GPA will hurt you at those schools.

would you say I have any chance? my school doesn’t rank

Are you a senior now? If yes, that GPA can’t come up all that much. I think no- what are your safeties?
