What Are My Chances??

First off hello everybody.

I am a freshman at a Community College and doing very well. My high school grades sucked because I just did not care at the time. I am hoping that my outstanding college grades overshadow my terrible high school grades when it comes to the private schools. I also still need to take my SAT :(

Here are my stats.
4.0 GPA
Member of Honors Society
Treasurer of Business and Economics club
Have worked at a part-time retail store as an associate(Kohls) for almost two years
Currently running my own business(Still in the early stages but things are looking promising)
Recommendations from almost any professor I ask, recommendations from regional management from my job

What are the holes in my application? How are my chances for: UCLA, Stanford, Harvard, Loyola Marymount, Columbia, and NYU? When would be the best time for me to take the SAT or is it too late?

Thanks you
JDS

bump bump bump

b u m p

lol really nobody?

Stanford only accepts a tiny number of transfer students each year. When community college students are among those few accepted for transfer, they tend to be students who faced substantial hardships and disadvantages during high school, not students whose “grades sucked because [they] just did not care at the time”. Just letting you know, but good luck to you.

Yeah i know i’m probably going to make it a sob story or something.

Thanks for the reply though
