THANKS!

I think you have a good chance at: BU, Del, Syracuse, UMass, Indiana, and Ithaca

I think that these are reaches: Penn State (on the main campus), Wisconsin, GW, and UMD-CP

Make sure that you have a financial safety that you would be happy to attend if money is any issue.

As far as other schools, what do you want to major in-business?
BU does not have much of a campus, and Ithaca is not a large school. What kind of school are you looking for? If you are looking for a larger school, where you can get some attention, have decent football and social life, with a good business school check out James Madison. If you want a larger school, look at Virginia Tech. My son goes to JMU. Both are VA state schools. Weather is a lot better there than in Ithaca or Syracuse, and my son still went skiing. Keep in mind, that if you are looking for financial aid packages, or merit aid, you are very unlikely to get it from out of state public Us. Their money goes primarily to their instate students.

Bump...

thanks northeastmom, anyone else?

I think you stand good chances to get into all of the schools on your list.

Make sure for Wisconsin that you go out of your way to get teacher recommendations.

penn state definitely is not a reach.

^We are out of state for Penn, and all of the students who applied that year (the year before last is when my son was a senior) from son's hs got in, but were admitted to satellite campuses. Nobody from his OOS hs got into their main campus that year.

what do u think about the schools on the top part of that list?

bu looks like a good fit for you

....bump...
