What are my friends chances for these colleges? (Please read sorry but its long)

Hi, I have a friend who is a senior and is a little worried about his chances for college. He is applying to USC, UCLA, UCSB, UCSD, UCI, UCD, University of Texas at Austin, and University of North Texas. These are the schools he wants to go to (UCSB, UCI, UCD, and UNT are all his back up schools that he wouldn't mind going to). He also has backup backup schools (which he will go to if he has no choice) which are UCR, San Diego State and Cal State LA.
These are his stats
3.6 regular gpa 4.2 weighted for UCGPA
took 9 AP classes and got 2 3s, 2 5s, and rest fours
He also took the SAT got 2150 to 2250 on SAT (he can't remember right now) as well as 3 SAT 2 subject tests, 760 on Korean, 740 literature, and 720 on something else.
He also has 500+ community service hours and was very dedicated and well known. He was also a vice president or president for the Korean club at his school and he started his own club which had no success. He was a varsity golfer (dropped junior year) and won many small local tournaments in the East LA county area. He also tried to write a book and had depression from a few bad situations he had when he was younger. He also wrote a killer essay for all his applications. Please help we want to know the chance (preferably precentage chance) of him getting into USC, UCLA, etc. and his backup schools (not backup backup). Thank you PS., he transferred schools sophomore year

USC, UCLA - high match/low reach
UCSB, UCI, UCD - low match
UCSD - match
University of Texas at Austin - match
University of North Texas - safety

Would not be surprised if he gets into UCLA and USC

USC: Low reach
UCLA: High match
UCSD: Match
UCD: Match
UCI: Low match
UCSB: Low match
UTA: Match (assuming he doesn’t want to attend Cockrell or McCombs, high match apiece)
UNTX: Safety
