Hi Everyone,
Nice to e-meet you.
I am currently entering my final year of an undergraduate Business Administration degree at a top private university in Israel.
I will be beginning my GMAT studying mission in the next few weeks, as my goal is to get the highest grade possible in time for the Harvard 2+2 application (April).
Although your answers wont change my learning process for the GMAT, I am interested to hear what you think of my general profile, and what minimum GMAT score you expect would give me a realistic chance of getting accepted to the program.
General details:
USA Citizen
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Education: Israel, top private university, Business Administration degree.
GPA: 3.95(according to WES gpa calculator). Top 8% of class.
Extra-Curricular: Took part in various business and entrepreneurship clubs+staff member.
3-year degree, entering my final year.
Experience:
Military: Served in an elite special forces unit for 3 years+active reserve duty during my university degree
Work: During my first year of studies I interned/worked part time, for 6 months,in Business Development at one of the top startups in Israel.
During my second year of studies I worked full time, for 5 months ,in Business Development at a management consulting firm.
Although it was challenging to combine many work hours and school, it made my leaning curve exponential. I also strategically chose to get a taste of both the startup world(in an industry I’m interested in), in additional to the management consulting world.
Based off this information, what minimum GMAT score do you believe would give me a solid chance at the 2+2 program?
P.S.: My GPA was calculated using the WES igpa calculator. It seems a bit high. My university provides a grade in the form of percentage (I have around a 91%). Do you have any other valid calculator source for me to try out?
All the best,
FutureMBA
