What are my odds at getting a top scholarship at University of Kentucky

<p>This is what i want to get:

The Otis A. Singletary Scholarship
Four-year awards provide tuition, room and board and a yearly stipend of $1,500.
req:31 ACT or 1360 SAT (M+CR) and minimum unweighted GPA of 3.75</p>

<p>Senior at one of the best high schools in KY (rank-wise)</p>

<p>GPA: 3.99 (out of 4)
Rank: 4th out of a class size of 372</p>

<p>ACT composite: 32</p>

<p>AP scores/classes:
-tests already taken
English comp: 4
Political Science: 5
-will be taking AP tests this year:
English Lit
Calculus BC (includes AB credit)
Statistics
Macro/micro Econ</p>

<h2> Environmental Science</h2>

<p>When i am done this year, i will have:
4 years of varsity swimming
3 years of varsity crew team - captian
2 years of another varisty crew team (a differnet season)</p>

<h2>Several clubs(ski, investment, engineering, NHS, beta)</h2>

<p>3 summers of volunteering every monday at the local science center
blood donation every 8 weeks, almost on the dot</p>

<h2>a lot of other service hours</h2>

<p>jobs: lifeguard - 2 years
interned for several political campaigns</p>
