I would guess that your chances are probably a bit lower than the overall acceptance rate at these schools.
Your 3.75 unweighted GPA is way higher than the average for all high school students in the US, but is probably lower than the average for applicants to the very top schools.
Tufts is possible, the others are hard to tell. If you are not a senior, I would try to do more with music, though it it is hard with COVID. Definitely do a music supplement with recording, music resume and letter(s) from teacher or director.
Gonna be tough I’m afraid, but give it a shot. If you don’t need any financial aid, think about Emory and possibly Vanderbilt early decision (great environment for your music as well) as more realistic reaches.
I also think you would be very attractive to Wake Forest, not sure what you think about that, but it is an impressively solid school.
ED might help you at Tufts, originally listed, but I think you still may be just a hair low academically. USC and U Mich don’t have ED - and the others are out of range IMO.
EA - Our new world of admissions “seems” to be less excited about EA applicants.
A music supplement can possibly make a big difference- if it is justified, and it sounds like you are talented. have you taken any theory? Do you perform outside of school? Is there a summer program you could attend? Etc. But even without those things, you could consider a supplement. Colleges need good players.
