I'm a senior in high school from LOUISIANA and am in the top 10% of my class. I have a 24 on my ACT which I know is low average for A&M. My math is 26 and English is 23. The top 10% only gets automatic admission if from Texas. Don't forget that.

I'm involved with a lot of clubs at my school: Mu Alpha Theya(math), National Honors Society, Key Club,Beta, Student Council, Student Advisory Council, Astra, Lyles Leaders, Top Jackets, spanish and a few more. I am president of Astra club, the largest club in our school with over 500 girls. It is a service club. I'm also 2nd Vice President of National Honors Society and deal with the donation drives and service projects. I use to play soccer for 13 years and was nominated captain 5 years (went to A&M soccer camp 2 summers) and now swim. I never had the opportunity to tour it or anything I that makes a difference as well. I'm in love with the school though and am in their email files.

I volunteer at a local organization twice a week after school. It's called the Lighthouse and I tutor underprivileged an illiterate kids. I also will be starting a bible study with 6 other seniors for incoming freshmen at our school.

I would hope leadership roles push me up some with the low ACT. As an out of state student (Louisiana) what else would y'all suggest or should I make sure to do this year? Please be brutal with my chances! Thanks
