What are my transfer chances?

Hello guys!
As i finished my first semester in a four year college here in georgia i am rolling my plans for a transfer application. Here are my statistics:

Today i got my fall semester final greades which means the grades of my freshman year first semester they are all A so basically a 4.0 GPA. (courses are intermediate level macreconomics, math, politics, english and seminar)
I am the vice president of the SGA (student government association)
Leader of an charity activity
Leader and founder of KIVA.ORG a charity organization.
As for high school i have a 4.0 unwehigted GPA and also an IB diploma with a 30 as a score .

But and this is a big BUT......my ACT is 23 and i can never go up because i am the worst test taker out there.

So i want to transfer to NORTHWESTERN AND UCHICAGO MAINLY , but also YALE , CORNELL, UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA and Boston UNIVERSITY.

Please i would love an answer like: "you have a pretty good chance in this university.....(you can insert the university). If anyone has a similiar experience share with me. I remention again that my college GPA is 4.0 with never ever taking a B in my first semester. PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY professional answer if possible.

cheers mates.

For the colleges you list, virtually no chances. For instance Yale accepted 19 out of 811 applicants and requires the SAT scores http://www.yale.edu/oir/cds.pdf</a>. Check the Common Data Set, Section D for that data at each school.

thank you. what about northwestern? I think that they need only a 3.7 in order to be in their average successful transfer student. my gpa is 4.0 slightly higher? And i thought that ACT didn’t matter for transfer application? what do you think?

Perhaps you should do some research. [2009-10 Transfer admission, Common Data Set - Northwestern University](http://www.ugadm.northwestern.edu/commondata/2009-10/d.htm)
