I am taking all 4 years of French
I played 3 sports until my junior year, then just focused on 2
Play: Softball year round, varsity for 2 years. Golf all 4 years varsity.
Class rank: top 20%
I have diversity, and am a female.

Intended major?

UCI can be more forgiving on lower than average test scores so I would say UCI is a Match-High Match depending upon major.
UCD would be a High Match-Low Reach.

I try to bump up your test scores into the 1250+ range for a better chance at both schools. Good essays will definitely help your chances.
