What are my U.S.A options?

I live in Switzerland and hopefully I'm going to obtain my "baccalaur

bump please

What do you want to study? Where in the US do you hope to be? How are your grades and how much can you afford ?

There are universities which have late deadlines and you can get into these universities easily. You can visit [MS in US - Follow Your Dreams: University Deadlines for Fall Admission](http://www.usdreamz.com/2008/12/university-deadlines-for-fall-admission.html)

I’d like to study either economics or something related with sports (sport management perhaps). I’m looking to study in the Northeast and Midwest (ohio, michigan). I’d need quite a bit of aid unfortunately.

Concerning the swiss army, I managed to postpone it till 2011. Hopefully by then, I won’t be in Switzerland anymore so I won’t have to attend it. I said that I didn’t want to interrupt my studies and I also have a rent that only applies if I stay in school. So they let me postpone it!

I went to that link and I saw that some university applications can be done until august 2009 (Ohio State University for example)?!?!? Is that even possible?

Do you have grades and scores?

Late applications (like Ohio State U) probably aren’t possible for an international student because you need time to get through the whole visa application process. Plan on starting your research and applications at least 9 to 12 months before you want to enroll for classes.

You should begin with reading everything at [International Students - EducationUSA](http://educationusa.state.gov/)

Then, you need to make an appointment with their counselors at the office that is closest to you:

Ok thanks!

Anyone have some more tips/advice?
