Claremont needs official high school transcripts for application. What does that mean? Is it part of the common app, or do I have to send them copies of my school report(transcript?) by mail??

Typically these are sent directly from your high school to the college. Assuming you go to a US high school, your guidance counselor will know how to do this.

On common app, your counselor should put an official school transcript when he/she does the recommendation letter. If you don’t use common app, you will have to mail them through an online source or your school :)

How the school provides it depends on whether the school links to the Common App via Naviance or not. And I think some small/rural schools still might do it the old fashioned way (snail mail!). So the OP needs to see their guidance counselor. The school almost always does the mailing (don’t want the students tampering with the information). I suppose there are some instances when the school gives the student a copy that is marked as official for the student to mail, but that is not usually how it happens.

My counselor has already sent the recomendation guys…but I don’t think she has sent an official school report…I am an international student. Does this have to mailed through post??? Why can’t I mail it via email??

From a US high school, you can’t send it. That is what makes it official, it comes from the school. Although, as I said, occasionally a school will provide the “official” version (usually stamped official) and allow a student to send it.

Ask your counselor about this tomorrow, how they would suggest that the school send a copy of your grades to the college. They may be able to send something via email with the official information attached instead of you mailing it. So check with them first. If they don’t know what to do, try emailing admissions at the college and ask them how they would like you to handle this.
