What are points?

Hi all,

I’m new to the forum, so I hope this is posted in the right place. What are “points”? Under “My Profile”, it says I have a “point”. On another forum I use, points are like warnings when a moderator flags your post for some reason, but I didn’t break any rules. I can’t click on it for whatever reason.
