And if anyone can give suggestions of schools to look at..
I was thinking of being a pre-med or psych major..

University of Rochester is a good one for psychology major.
It is comparable to Brandeis and is much better ranked than BU that you have in your list.

Why SUNY Albany? Stony Brook and Binghamton would be better, and you can get in. This list of schools seems mismatched to me. What are you actually looking for in an environment and costwise?

i really didn't like bing's campus... i liked how albany's campus was kind of secluded from everything else.. i guess my list does seem mismatched i don't know what i'm looking for... I'm kind of in the middle of a frenzy cause i'm worried about which colleges to look at/apply to.

Why do you like DSC so much (other than the fact that it's free, if that figures in)? If you analyze that, and then look for schools with similar qualities, you may have a better list. Boston University is huge and does not have much of a campus. I'm not sure if Stony Brook has a nice campus or not. Some liberal arts colleges that may be similar to DSC are Grinnell, Reed, Shimer (very small school), St. John's (Annapolis and New Mexico locations). There are a number of tiny Catholic colleges ( 100 to 300 students), too, that emphasize the classics. University of Chicago emphasizes studying original writings. It's a medium size place, but you may like it. It does have a nice campus.
