What are Saturday classes like?

What are Saturday classes like?
Should it be a factor in applying to a school

I view it as a plus. My theory is that the 6-day schoolweek spreads out the learning, so students have a little more free time each day.

They are like any other class. I liked it because I had Wednesday afternoons off which was a great mid-week breather to do research, homework, get caught up, or just relax and dump the stress.

Saturday classes forced me to be up and about in the morning. After lunch I had the rest of the day free. I would have slept in anyway, so having the classes spread that way made the week feel more manageable.

So if your school has Saturday classes once a month,
you do the roughly the same amount of work each week without saturday classes
and the same amount even during weeks with saturday classes?

Bump
I want to know more about Saturday classes.

I can’t answer the second question. At Exeter we had Saturday class every week.

I used to have Saturday classes and the school just changed it this semester. Before, I got REALLY tired on Saturday mornings and it’s so hard for me to keep focused in classes. Now I feel so much better because I can sleep for 4 more hours that day!

I know it depends, but I’m just wondering—in general, is Saturday classes at BS a good thing?(I’m not American)
