What are some alternative degrees for a career in construction management?

I am currently a high school senior and I have aspirations to pursue a career in CM. The issue is the school I hope to attend, (University of Arkansas), does not offer a degree CM or CoSci degree. However, they do offer civil engineering, architecture, business management, and supply chain management. I would be open to a degree in civil engineering but I struggle in STEM-related fields more so than any design or business classes I have taken thus far. My question is, would I struggle in the CM field with say an architecture or business management degree, coupled with a couple of internships, or am I better off toughening it out in civil engineering coursework or dropping the idea of attending this school altogether.

My daughter is a civil engineer and her boyfriend in CM. Many of their classes were the same, so if you do decide on a different school, your CM major is going to have a lot STEM courses, including a lot of math. He also has an MBA. He has no trouble getting jobs, and I think he works mostly on the finance side.
