What are some fairly easy humanities courses for Freshmen?

great books. must be in honors though

dont listen to blackpen

great books is one of the most reading/essay writing intensive classes at umich. Plus you have to be in honors.

take arthistory

Constable, where’s your sense of humor ![]()
And Yakyu, weren’t you one of the ones so anxious to get INTO UMich? And now you want to spend all that out of state money on an ‘easy’ course? Just pick something you love and get your money’s worth!!! The work won’t seem like “work” that way. Taking something as a gpa booster just doesn’t always work out that way. But taking something in which you have a genuine interest/passion will always be rewarding.

^I’m thinking this guy really isn’t into the humanities.

True enough, that does become a problem with the distribution requierments. If poster is hard math/science type, then take a philosophy course – the logic will support your other endeavors ;)
