What are some colleges that don't look at high school grades when transferring?

So im going to be a freshman in college this upcoming fall and im looking to transfer to a college for sophomore standing. My high school grades were not that good and im trying to make up for it with my college grades. I know boston university does not look at high school gpa to determine admission as a transfer and was wondering if there were any other schools similar to this. They stated that they use it for holistic view of the application but does not make it a deciding factor in the application.

More colleges do not consider high school stuff for junior level transfers (who would apply with three semesters of college record) than for sophomore level transfers (who would apply with one semester of college record).

When applying for sophomore standing most colleges also see spring grades as well. So they have two semesters of college grades

Every college I know of (of course there may be exceptions that I don’t know about) do take a student’s HS record into account for sophomore year transfers. Junior transfers typically do not need to present their HS record.

but do you know any schools that may not take it into account as much as college grades?

Look at the website of each college you are considering for a transfer and see what documents they require. Most colleges do not feel that a track record of one or two semesters in college is sufficient to make an admissions decision. Of course nothing precludes you from putting in transfer applications and seeing what happens.
