Yesterday, I took the pre-calc final and I think I failed it! ;(
I already applied to 4 UC's but with a failing grade in math, I don't think they will accept me. UC's don't allow anything lower than a C and I think I might get a D or an F in math. I don't have any backup college. I didn't apply to CSU's but now I know I made a mistake. If I get rejected to all UC's(which I will) that I applied to..I have no other option except community college. The problem is that I REALLY REALLY don't want to go to a community college. What are other colleges/universities that accept D's or F's? Perhaps ones that offer low average freshman GPA's? I have a 3.7 overall for 3 years but it will drop if I get an failing grade for math. PLEASE HELP ME!!

If this is your only problem, go to your guidance counselor immediately. See if you can get an incomplete and make up in summer school if necessary.

Have you spoken to your guidance counselor or your teacher? Maybe there is some extra schoolwork or summer school classes that you can do to make up for it.

Yes, I have. He said I can transferred to another math class next semester. I don't know about making up the class. I'll have to talk to him again.

Apply to some other schools now!!! Some of them have deadlines on Feb 1st (e.g. U Michigan, WPI) go go go! :/

I mena..you still have a chance, but yeah. it's risky with a D/F

^ WPI is awesome. Are you getting a full ride there?
