I am considering pursuing a career in law and attending law school after college so I would like to know which colleges have 3+3 law programs...

My understanding is that a 3+3 law prograsm is when a student's fourth/last year of college also counts as their first year of a law school affiliated with the college they are attending. Am I correct?

Please list any colleges you know that have such programs!

I know Western New England College and Drexel both have this type of program.

Most of these programs don’t guarantee admission to law school; you still need the college grades and LSAT scores to get in. So I’m not sure it makes sense to choose an undergraduate college on the basis of its 3+3 program, because what do you do if you don’t get accepted to that law school?

Some schools that do offer 3+3 programs:

Adelphi U/New York Law School
SUNY Albany/Albany Law School
U Arkansas
Creighton
Dickinson/Penn State Dickinson College of Law
Drake
Fordham
George Washington
Loyola (Chicago)
U Nebraska-Lincoln
U of the Pacific
Tulane
Western New England
Whittier

No doubt there are others.

Do Hamilton College and Washington and Lee? I heard they do but I am not sure…

Thank you so much! That is very helpful! Feel free to post more if you think of any…

Also, I don’t want to choose a college solely because it has this program… I just am interested in the possiblity of participating in such a program…
