that I could go for to look competitive to ivy league schools (i.e. competitions)?

Currently, I'm only a freshman in high school. I don't really have any non-average EC's - I'm in debate (varsity next year), varsity cross country, FBLA, and am a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo. I have a 3.96/4.0 GPA (A- in P.E., ugh) in all pre-IB/honors classes.

So any ideas on some EC's I could do or try to complete?

On a side note, sorry for posting here as opposed to the High School Life forum, but I figured this forum would have a better grasp on what makes good EC's.

I think you’re taking the wrong approach to choosing EC’s that you to commit to. When picking EC’s, don’t simply ask, “What will look best on a college application?” Ask yourself, “What do I love to do.”

Pursue what you love to the best of your abilities. If you don’t have any opportunities at your school that align with your passions, then create opportunities of your own – start clubs, get involved in other non-school-affiliated community activities, ect. Like math/science? Great. Get involved with Intel or Siemens competitions. Love politics? Invest time into volunteering for a local political party, look for internships on campaigns, start a Political Club at your school. Just find something that excites you. Basically, relentlessly follow whatever passions you have, whatever they may be, and search out leadership positions.
